HB3515 An Act to improve recycling rates in the Commonwealth Rep. Alice K. Wolf, Sen. Cynthia Creem PRIMARY OMNIBUS BILL. Updates definitions. Increases handling fee. Reinstates CEF according to original formula: 50% msw reduction programs, 20% recycling and other msw programs, 30% 'other'.
HB0766 An Act to reinstate the clean environment fund Rep. Robert M. Koczera Reinstates CEF, splits proceeds between MSW (60%) and Parks (40%).
HB3057 An Act to reinstate the clean environment fund Rep. Carlo Basile Filed on behalf of Mayor Menino. Expands definitions, reinstates CEF, splits proceeds 50% for Sustainable Communities (advancing waste reduction, water quality, water conservation, and improved air quality); 25% reduce impact of global warming; 25% community clean up projects and urban forestry. Does not include handling fee increase.
HB3077 An Act relative to the expansion of the bottle bill Rep. Christopher G. Fallon Expands definitions (slightly different than Wolf Bill, changes >1pint to 15 cents, increases handling fee and makes it 2-tier, asks EOEEA to deal with redemption fraud. Does not include CEF provisions.
HB3079 An act to update the bottle deposit system and lower the cost of recycling beverage containers in the commonwealth. Rep. Colleen M. Garry Destroys the bottle bill entirely.
HB3082 An act to promote recycling in the commonwealth's communities and schools. Rep. Denis Guyer Expands definitions. Reinstates CEF, splits proceeds 20% to school recycling education programs, 15% enforcement, 10% low interest loans for Bottlers, Dealers, Distributors, Redemption Centers, 5% state auditor, balance 50% to create, enhance, expand muni recycling programs. Increases handling fee to 3¢. 
HB3091 An Act to prevent fraudulent redemption of empty beverage containers subject to the bottle law Rep. Paul Kujawski This places very limiting restrictions on RVMs.
HB3113 An Act relative to reusable beverage containers. Rep. Pam Richardson Increases handling fee for RCs to 3.25¢. Has a CPI clause.
HB3125 An Act to expand the bottle bill Rep. Thomas M. Stanley Expands definitions to include water beverages, but not sports drinks, juices, etc. Recreates CEF, but all $ must go to water/wastewater infrastructure via DOR. Does not increase handling fee.
HB3512 An Act to improve recycling and litter reduction Rep. Cheryl A. Coakley-Rivera Expands definitions only.
SB1487 An Act to reinstate the clean environment fund Sen. James B. Eldridge Reinstates CEF, distributes it as follows: 60% creation and support of waste reduction, recycling and composting programs, outreach, infrastructure and market development in the public, private and institutional sectors. 10% to DEP drinking water program, 30% capital improvements for DCR, providing that improvements meet LEED standards.
SB1500 An Act to improve recycling in the Commonwealth Sen. Robert L. Hedlund Expands definitions, modified container size. No CEF or handling fee provisions.
